You'll need to include your intended service location, contact information, valid driver license, or government-issued identification information.

Need to end your utility service? We understand, but you will be missed!

Owners must provide a settlement statement signed by both parties as well as a completed disconnection request form provided in the link below.

As our customer, you'll be assessed monthly for use, based upon your type of service(s).

Services may include a base charge, regardless of use, while a consumption charge will be based upon the amount of use.

Monthly utility bills are due & payable when rendered. Use our online bill calculator to get an idea of your next monthly statement.

Your bill will indicate the water &/or wastewater base charges & water gallons used (in thousands). A graph showing your consumption over the past 12 months is included on your bill for your records. The meter number(s) assigned to your parcel will also be also referenced on your bill. Access a sample bill here.

Delinquent accounts will be assessed a late charge. If you have a previous balance, your bill will show a cutoff date. Please contact our office if you feel the previous balance listed is an error. Previous balances that are not paid prior to the cutoff date indicated on your statement will be subject to service being disconnected.

Base charges will continue to be assessed regardless of whether your service is connected or disconnected. A reconnection fee will be assessed to the previous balance before service can be restored.

Payments made during business hours will most likely have service restored the same day. Requests received outside of typical business hours will be processed until 10 p.m. & will be subject to an after-hours reconnection charge. Services requested after 10 p.m. will not be restored until the next day. All after-hours requests must be paid by 10 a.m. on the next business day.
