Paymentus hosts our online customer portal.

You can sign up for a recurring payments (auto-pay). The system allows you to choose your payment method & how you want to receive alerts. To this site, Paymentus charges a convenience fee, which covers costs for providing this service & processing fees.

Online payment options

Online payment options include E-checks, credit cards including Discover, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, & debit cards.

Payments will incur a convenience fee of $1.95 for each transaction up to $500. 

All online payments occur real-time. If your account has indicated to be  disconnected, please pay online & contact our office at 352-307-6000 with your confirmation number.

Register your account

To pay your bill online, you may make a one time payment or register your account at Paymentus If you had an existing auto-pay account with our previous online provider, you will need to register with Paymentus.

Electronic payment is the most convenient & inexpensive way to pay your monthly bill.

Complete an electronic transfer fund application to set up this automatic service.

Cancellations require at least a 10-day notice.

Make a payment by phone by calling our automated system: 888-826-5034.

A third-party convenience fee will be accessed to all payments completed via this method.

Collection

Payments deposited in onsite drop boxes are collected on Monday & Wednesday evenings.

Please do not place late payments or cash in these boxes.

We also accept payments at our office located at 11800 SE U.S. Highway 441, Belleview.

In-person payment methods

We accept Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and Visa credit or debit cards. Our online vendor, Paymentus, will charge a convenience fee of $1.95 for card payments up to $500.

Check with your bank concerning specifics about bill pay services. Verify how your financial institution processes payments to Marion County Utilities. Some banks accept electronic payments then mail a check to the payee. Variations in processing could create unintended delays in receiving your payment.
