Accounts serviced with water & wastewater will have a monthly sewer base charge dependent upon the size of the water meter servicing your property.

An example of a bill with 13,000 gallons of water usage will be calculated as follows:
6,000 gallons at $5.74 = $34.44.

Total sewer use is $34.44, plus the monthly sewer base charge of $22.53 (5/8" by 3/4").
The total sewer bill is $56.97.

Commercial sewer use calculations include all flows.

Every water bill includes a monthly base charge dependent upon the size of the meter servicing your property.

Here's an example of how to calculate a monthly bill for 13,000 gallons of water use:

• 6,000 gallons at $1.19 = $7.14
• 6,000 gallons at $1.60 = $9.60
• 1,000 gallons at $2.81= $2.81

Total charged for water use in this example would be $19.55, plus monthly water base charges $12.75 (5/8" by 3/4"). The total water bill would be $32.30.

Monthly base charges apply to all accounts. Water usage tiered rates apply to residential service accounts.  Commercial water usage is $1.60 per 1,000 gallons for all flows.
