Scenarios have been developed to address the nutrient loads in the Rainbow & Silver springsheds that will best fit our community while meeting state legislative mandates & regulatory requirements for consideration by the county commission.

This report details the project efforts & presents a capital improvement plan to address the requirements of the state-mandated, onsite sewage treatment & disposal systems(OSTDS) remediation plan. This plan intends to protect & preserve our county's beautiful springs.  Final Report

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection's provides a septic upgrade incentive program with up to $10,000 incentives per installation of enhanced nitrogen-reducing features to existing septic systems.
